Item List
The Item List page allows authorized users to view inventory items defined. To search for inventory items, follow the steps below:
- Go to Maintenance > new world ERP Suite > Procurement > Items.
- In Item Number, type the item number (if known) by which to search. The maximum character length is 32. There are no character restrictions. Partial entry searches are allowed. To return all items, leave this field blank.
- In Quick Code, type the quick code (if known) to include in the search. The maximum character length is 16. There are no character restrictions. Partial entry searches are allowed. To return all items, leave this field blank.
- In Description, type the description (if known) by which to search. The maximum character length is 64. There are no character restrictions. Partial entry searches are allowed. To return all items, leave this field blank.
- In Commodity, select the item commodity (if known) by which to search. This Commodity field is hidden if a value is not entered in the Level 1- x fields of the Commodity tab on the New World ERP Settings page. To return all items, leave this field blank.
- In Inventory Use, select whether to search for inventory items. The available options are Yes, No, and All.
- In Asset Use, select whether to search for asset items. The available options are Yes, No, and All.
- In Verified Status, select whether to search for items with a Verified status. The available options are Yes, No, and All.
- In Purchase Order, select whether to search for purchase order items. The available options are Yes, No, and All.
- In Voucher, select whether to search for voucher items. The available options are Yes, No, and All.
- Select the Contract Items Only check box to limit the search to items that are only tied to contracts.
- Click Search. The results display in the grid at the bottom of the page.
Click Reset at any time to return to the previous state the page was in before you entered your search criteria.
